What is the exchange and return policy?

Exchanges and returns from Spain and Portugal have a shipping cost of €5.50 . To request an exchange or return, use this link . You can also email help@barefootyou.com with your order number, and we'll help you if you have any questions.

For international exchanges and returns, the cost is between €12.95 (Germany, France, Italy, and Poland) and €14.95 (rest of Europe). Use this link to request an exchange or refund.

Exchanges and returns must be requested within 15 calendar days of receiving the order.

For returns or exchanges, products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all accessories, original box, and packaging . Products with stained soles, stains, or scratched leather will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless the shoe box is protected by a bag or other box.

Can I return or exchange an online order in a physical store?

Yes! All online orders can be exchanged or returned at any of our physical stores free of charge, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging.

What is the shipping policy?

Shipping to Spain and Portugal is free for orders over €90 . For orders under this amount, the shipping cost will be shown at checkout depending on the destination. Shipping to the peninsula, Spain, and Portugal is €5.50 .

Our carrier is Correos Express, and you'll receive a tracking link for your package.

International shipping is handled by UPS and is free for orders over €250 . Check our shipping policy to find out the exact cost of your shipment based on the destination country and order value.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping to the Iberian Peninsula, Spain, and Portugal usually takes between 1 and 2 business days , while to the Balearic Islands it can take between 2 and 3 business days. This is the approximate time you should expect to receive your order.

Do you ship to the Balearic Islands?

Yes! We ship to all corners of the Balearic Islands.

Do you ship to the Canary Islands?

For logistical reasons, we don't ship to the Canary Islands yet. We hope to activate it soon!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, in addition to shipping to Spain and Portugal, we offer international shipping to most European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

For logistical reasons, we may not be able to ship to certain islands or remote areas.

How to request invoices?

Simply fill out this form and we'll send you the invoice by email. Make sure you have the order or receipt number and the purchase value to correctly fill out the billing information.

How do I know if a product is available in the physical store?

You can also contact each store directly via WhatsApp, and they'll answer any questions you may have regarding availability. You'll find all our stores at this link , and you can check their hours and phone/WhatsApp numbers by visiting each one.

Should I transition to wearing your shoes?

Yes, we recommend a gradual transition when starting to use our barefoot shoes. Start with short sessions and gradually increase the time of use to allow your feet and muscles to adapt. But don't be afraid to make this change! Our feet are designed to walk naturally. However, if you have any medical conditions or foot problems, consult a healthcare professional before starting to use this type of shoes.

Do you issue gift cards?

Can I use your shoes with my podiatrist insoles?

Yes! All of our shoes comes with removable insoles or no insoles, so you can easily swap them for your existing insoles.
