Refund policy
Delivery times:
- Express Shipping: 1 to 2 business days
- Baleares Express: 2 to 3 business days
- International: 2 to 4 business days
Spain and Portugal: Free shipping on orders over €90. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout depending on the destination:
- Express Shipping: €5.50
- Baleares Express: €6.50
We work with Correos and Correos Express as our shipping providers.
- Canary Islands: Due to logistical reasons, we are not yet shipping to the Canary Islands. We hope to activate it soon!
International: Free shipping on orders over €250. We ship internationally to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden. For smaller orders, check the shipping cost in our shipping policy.
Returns and Exchanges:
Exchanges: Exchanges from Spain and Portugal have a cost of €5.50. International exchanges cost between €12.95 (Germany, France, Italy, and Poland) and €14.95 (rest of Europe). Request an exchange through this link. You can exchange for a different size or model if it's in stock. We’ll email you the exchange instructions and shipping label.
Returns: The return cost from Spain or Portugal is €5.50. International returns cost between €12.95 (Germany, France, Italy, and Poland) and €14.95 (rest of Europe). Request a return through this link. You’ll only need your order number and email address. The return cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return and exchange period: Exchanges and returns must be requested within 15 calendar days after receiving your order.
Socks, toe spacers, massage balls, cosmetics, and foot care items: For hygiene reasons, these products cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Insoles: Por hygiene reasons, these products can only be returned if they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused.
Product condition: To process returns or exchanges, products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all accessories, original box and packaging. Items with stained soles, marks, or scratched leather will not be accepted. Returns or exchanges without the shoebox being protected by a bag or outer box will not be accepted.
Specifications:
- No orders are prepared on Sundays or holidays.
- Delivery times may vary during holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping company.
- For orders outside the European Union or Special Zones, the customer will be responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
