The best way to choose the right size is to consult the size chart for each product and the information highlighted in the features, as measurements may vary by brand and model.

To measure your foot:

1. Place a sheet of paper on a smooth, flat surface.
2. Place your foot on the paper with your full weight on it.
3. Make sure there is paper extending around your entire foot.
4. Mark the heel and the point farthest from it with a pencil (this is not always the big toe).
5. Remove your foot and measure the distance between both points.
6. Repeat the process with the other foot and use the larger measurement.
7. Add between 0.5 and 1.0 cm to the length obtained to calculate the necessary space in the footwear.
8. Compare the final measurement (foot length + allowance) with the size chart for the product you want to buy.
