Shipping and Returns:

Spain and Portugal: Shipping is free on orders over €90 . For all other orders, shipping is €5.50 , and €6.50 for the Balearic Islands. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days .

Online exchanges and returns cost €5.50 . In our stores (Madrid, Barcelona, and Bilbao), they are free .

Items such as socks and toe separators cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

En cuanto al diseño es precioso, y tiene una horma ancha muy cómoda, pero en mi caso el zapato tiene una plantilla demasiado plana, me hubiera venido bien que fuera más acolchado de ahí mis 4 estrellas.
