Shipping and Returns:

Spain and Portugal: Shipping is free on orders over €90 . For all other orders, shipping is €5.50 , and €6.50 for the Balearic Islands. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days .

Online exchanges and returns cost €5.50 . In our stores (Madrid, Barcelona, and Bilbao), they are free .

Items such as socks and toe separators cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

La atención al cliente fue buena. Las medidas no coincidían exactamente y la talla era muy grande. Tras comentarles lo ocurrido, llegamos a un acuerdo satisfactorio y ahora mi hijo está encantado con sus barefoots. Sin duda, repetiré.
