Spain and Portugal: Shipping is free on orders over €90 . For all other orders, shipping is €5.50 , and €6.50 for the Balearic Islands. You will receive your order within 1 to 2 business days .

Online exchanges and returns cost €5.50 . In our stores (Madrid, Barcelona, and Bilbao), they are free .

Items such as socks and toe separators cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

El movimiento Barefoot, y nunca mejor dicho, viene de fuera y éste tipo de calzado también. Por esta razón, tener una tienda de proximidad con un gran servicio post-venta nos es de gran ayuda y me da garantía. Me equivoqué justo al hacer un pedido y no me costó nada arreglarlo vía(en mi caso) wsp.
